Jim Siedow (June 12, 1920 - November 20, 2003) was an American actor, better known for his role in The Texas Chain Saw Massacre.

Siedow was natural within Cheyenne, Wyoming. He began acting around his high school drama class, & afterwards, stirred to New York City, New York, where he began appearing within theatre productions. In the period of World War II, Siedow served with a Army Air Corps, and fallowing a war, Siedow moved to Chicago, Illinois and started doing radio function. Inside September 1946, he met and married an actress known as Ruth, his married woman as much as his demise. It were to use at times triad toddlers.

It moved to Houston, Texas soon after their marriage in which Siedow continued acting, creating one of Houston's original local community theatres. He directed Houston's 1st production of ''Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? by Edward Albee. Within 1971, Siedow appeared in his number 1 motion picture, an obscure of these titled A Windsplitter, swimming the character known as Mr Smith. He followed this sustaining his best known role when Drayton Sawyer (Husband) in the cult film The Texas Chain Saw Massacre in 1974.

His more flick roles were when Howard Ives in the TV movie Red Alert within 1977, a unknown role in the 1980 movie Hotwire, and when Drayton Sawyer, once again, in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, the sequel to The Texas Chain Saw Massacre''.

Siedow died within Houston from either emphysema complications.
